A Celebration of Pi by Beth Stewart (Reaction)

I particularly found the "Celebration of Pi" piece fascinating. The painting looked like it took a great amount of time and effort to complete. The painting numbered Pi to well over 1000 digits after the decimal place. I wasn't too fond of the color scheme but overall I think it worked out well.

There is not particular reason for my decision to select this person. At age 93, Jen Risom doesn't appear to look his age (although he's still old). He clearly is an elderly gentalmen, noted by his white hair and wrinkles.

"Drip" & "Emotor" Reaction

Being musically inclined myself, I particularly was fascinated with the "Drip" video. The whole concept of making music with rain drops is something that I never seen before. The Emotor video was also intriguing but I really didn't understand the concept. Motorizing facial expressions that normally people wouldn't be able to do seem a bit pointless. Nevertheless, I think that Tim Hawkinson has unique concepts that he's pursuing.
